Usually a quotation for a product is sent within 2 days after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details.

4、How long is your delivery term?

It depends upon the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. We will give you approximate delivery time in quotation.

5、Do you design the products?

Product designs and drawings are provided by the customer.

6、What type of surface finishes does 5Dtech provide?

Our comprehensive array of finishing services enables you to attain virtually any desired appearance and texture for your parts. We offer treatments such as bead-blasted, anodized, powder-coated,electroplated, polished, passivated, brushed,tumbling, deburring, and more. 5Dtech accepts payment in two ways:

Bank to bank wire transfer. 5Dtech has accounts in Hong Kong and dongguan, China.
5Dtech has Paypal. You can use your paypal account or credit card to pay
